[Hps-analysis] pass7 status

Hi all,

in tpass7f, out of 242 jobs from the run 5772, 6 jobs timed out.
Digging more into the log files,
it turns out reconstruction stops at some point, by stop, I don't mean 
java, exits,
crashes, throws exception, nor gives any warning message, it just 
doesn't reconstruct any more events.

This was confirmed by running recon interactively.
The recon also uses about 100% of the CPU, so it is doing something.

This happens only on certain files,
These are files from the run 5772 "240 194 133 14 18 467".
