[Hps-analysis] Steering Files

Hi all,

The steering files that was used in tpass7f, are shown in ht confluence 
page under this link

At the Wed meeting, Sebouh commented, that particularly
Moller skin steering files is not what is needed.

Everyone who has changed the most recent steering file, or created
a new one, please send me or add into the confluence page the correct one.
