[Hps-analysis] pass8 1p5

Hi all,

please find details of 1.5 mm data of pass8 in the following link
https://confluence.slac.stanford.edu/display/hpsg/pass8_1p5

small number of jobs (less than 1%) worked well, but because of 
farm/tape/work_disk problems,
didn't manage to stage output files correctly.
These files are resubmitted, and they are being processed now.

about 1% of jobs had fatal exceptions, (consistent with 0.5 mm data), 
these files were not re-submitted since
we know these effect is deterministic.
