small number of jobs (less than 1%) worked well, but because of farm/tape/work_disk problems, didn't manage to stage output files correctly.
These files are resubmitted, and they are being processed now.

about 1% of jobs had fatal exceptions, (consistent with 0.5 mm data), these files were not re-submitted since we know these effect is deterministic.
