[Hps-controls] Meeting date for the spring semester

Hi,

thanks for completing the poll for this semester's meeting-time. According
to the results, the best time for our HPS slow controls meeting is 1:00pm
US eastern time on Wednesdays starting next week (Feb 5th). I will
send  an e-mail with the agenda.
