[Hps-controls] HPS controls meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2015

Hello,

I will not make the meeting due to Torus hex beam harnesses. 

Stepan requested that I try to work on the beacon this week, and I 
don't think that will happen due to the harnesses and hex beam 
mounting of sensors and harnesses.  There may be time, but I'm not 
sure.
