Here are some thoughts on this plan:

.	Beam ~ 50 nA 
.	HPS production target in
.	Measure Trigger rates and Ecal occupancy vs current, both single and double cluster triggers and compare to expectations
		Range of beam current ? 
		Target in and out
		Not clear to me what triggers will be available at the time of commissioning. Should have only one "primary" single cluster trigger and one "primary" (A') trigger for rate studies.
.	Adjust trigger cuts for moderate trigger rate (aim for < 10 kHz)
Do we have a simple knob?
		Discrete knob: #hits per cluster (start value >1, could be increased to 2 or 3)
		Continuous knob: seed hit energy (start value 0.1 GeV, could be increased gradually)
		I would try to leave the pair cuts at their start/nominal value
.	Study what happens during beam trips.
Log trip time and times of triggers (do trips make multiple triggers?)
What is cause of trip? Backgrounds vary with trip type?
Check occupancies and total energy deposited in Ecal in trips. How large is rad dose to Si?
		How do you go from ECal info to rad dose to SVT ?
