[Hps-ecal] Fwd: HPS Ecal mounting 10_02_2014

Hello everyone,

The ECal is now installed in the hall (see below link with pictures). 
Since people are travelling and working hard in JLab today, I propose we 
skip the meeting, people know what they have to do for now anyway. We 
will meet next week to see how things progress and if extra manpower is 
needed for the commissioning.

Hello Everybody
HPS Ecal is now installed in the Hall B.
Everything seems OK.We are waiting for the survey on monday to check the
position , approximatively each Ecal is  shifted about 1 at 2mm relative
to its theorical position .
Here is the link to obtain some pictures of the mounting.
It was for me a real pleasure to work on this plan.
