[Hps-ecal] HPS LED system connections

Dear all,
today I checked the connections of the HPS-LED monitoring system and I 
corrected cable-swaps.
Also, I have attached a label on each driver, to match the corresponding 
cable (were the same label is attached)

The LED map that we are using is reported in this file:
