[Hps] White Dwarfs constrain Dark Forces

Dear collaborators,

I just noticed a paper entitled "White Dwarfs constrain Dark Forces"

If I understand correctly, the HPS parameter space would be excluded in conjunction with light dark matter, but these constraints from WD cooling disappear with dark matter in the 10 GeV - 10 TeV range (mentioned in our proposal as WIMP miracle).
