Hi All,
Yes, the constraints in this paper are irrelevant for the HPS & APEX
parameter space, since we look for visible A' decays (and usually assume
there isn't anything else in the hidden sector that is lighter than the
A'). They are relevant for the invisible A' search that DarkLight and
VEPP-3 can do, *assuming* that the A' decays to hidden sector particles
with mass less than a few keV. If the A' instead decays invisibly to
hidden-sector stuff with mass above a few keV or so, then again the
constraints in this paper are irrelevant.
