[Hps] No HPS Meeting This Week/Please Register for HPS Collaboration Meeting

Dear HPS,

No HPS meeting this week. There will be a meeting next week to discuss the Hall B schedule, HPS run request, project management status, SVT protection collimator studies, and the upcoming collaboration meeting. Please let me know if you have
something else you'd like to present in our last two meetings before Christmas.

Note that the HPS reservation at the SLAC guest house is only good until Dec. 19, 2013.

Remember to let me know if you plan to come to the HPS Software Workshop January 27-31.
This will be an opportunity for those new to lcsim and HPS analysis to come up to speed, get help when needed, 
And begin work on the mock data challenge.
