[Hps] First draft of Test run NIM paper

Dear All,

this is the first circulation of v1.0 draft of the Test run paper aimed to be published in NIM.

Although complete, being the first draft there are a few things that we know will change and below is a list of them.
- Add data rate estimation to SVT DAQ
- Add data flow diagram for SVT DAQ
- Update style of SVT time residual plot.
- Improved ECal calibration (E/p plot will be updated) and updated trigger turn-on for data and simulation
- Update to angular distribution analysis incl. calibration uncertainty 
Most of these known changes will have a small impact on the general outline or any conclusion.
