[Hps] Accelerator Tentative schedule

Colleagues,
     Below are some screenshots of the CEBAF Commissioning 
schedule/plans.   For those lucky enough to be on the right side of the 
JLAB firewall, you can visit these pages at: 
http://opsweb.acc.jlab.org/TJ3/12GeV_CEBAF.     There will undoubtedly 
be some confusion since the plan does say anything about beam to Hall-B 
for HPS (or much beam to any other hall).    That is a battle that is 
yet to be waged.   But for now if  commissioning goes well, one could 
think of supporting a physics program in parallel with 4.4.2 - 4.4.5 
activities in AccIII  and for most of 4.5 (AccIV).   Activities 4.5.3 
and 4.5.4 are placed there to as per the 12GeV project schedule, this 
12GeV schedule is up for re-baselining in a couple of months.   This 
whole plan is in flux and it is my intention to keep these pages as up 
to date as I can, and as the plan matures  so will the level of detail 
as well as the amount of confusion.
