[Hps] Lodging at SLAC Guest House for Collaboration Meeting/software Workshop

Dear HPS,

We should have the website and registration for the HPS collaboration meeting at SLAC Jan 22-24 up soon.

In the meantime, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Stanford Guest House, on the SLAC campus.
You can make reservations at any time, both for the Collaboration Meeting, and for the Software Workshop
the following week.

To do so, you can contact the Guest House front desk, 24 hours a day at (650) 926-2800 or book online at http://guesthouse.stanford.edu/reservations.  Please use the group code 1401HPS in order to receive the correct rate and be included in the group block.  If you are calling to reserve a room, please let the reservation agent know you will be  attending the HPS Collaboration Meeting. 

Rooms are being held for HPS until Dec. 19.

If you'd like to double up with another attendee to save on lodging expenses, please let me know. I'll
post a list of those interested so you can make arrangements to share.
