[Hps] Dark Matter at Beam Dump: meeting at JLab TODAY at 2:30PM in L210

Dear all,
we will have a meeting on Dark Matter at Beam Dump today at 2:30 in L210a.
For people off-site a phone connection will be available: Stepan will 
send around the number to call and the code to connect.

The meeting is call to start a discussion about a possible beam dump 
experiment at Jlab.
I will provide a  brief introduction (slides available here

  the outcome of the mini-workshop we had in Rome after the MENU 2013 
Conference (http://menu2013.roma2.infn.it/conf-program.php) and the 
discussion we had after it.
