Dear HPS,

It's time to elect new members to the HPS Collaboration. The list of candidates, which was distributed earlier in preparation for this election, is attached again above with a brief statement from each. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR VOTING

Please send an email to Stepan, Maurik, and John, all cc'd above, indicating whether you are in favor (Y) or opposed (N) to granting HPS collaboration membership status to each of the candidates listed below. The election will be closed at COB Friday, October 4, Pacific.
