[Hps] Final draft of the HPS Test Run NIM paper

Dear All,

this is the circulation of the final draft of the Test Run paper aimed for NIM publication.

It has all changes incorporated from the collaboration review. Thanks for all the feedback!

The bylaws state that a final 2 week period is used to get any additional feedback on the draft before submitting to the journal and starting that review.

Thus I hope to get your feedback before end of May 13th.

There are four notes I’d like to make for this version:

* Author list has been updated by the EC. Please send comments/suggestions/complaints to me and EC.
* The table of content and line numbers will be removed after the collaboration review (I think it helps to get an overview for reviewers).
* The hit efficiency plot will be updated to make sure it works on black and white.
* The latex template has some issues getting paragraphs spaces, the corresponding author and one specific table reference (Tab.4) to work. I will solve that, if not otherwise, with the journals help, as they might have other structural comments.

Although complete, being the first draft there are a few things that we know will change and below is a list of them.
- Add data rate estimation to SVT DAQ
- Add data flow diagram for SVT DAQ
- Update style of SVT time residual plot.
- Improved ECal calibration (E/p plot will be updated) and updated trigger turn-on for data and simulation
- Update to angular distribution analysis incl. calibration uncertainty
Most of these known changes will have a small impact on the general outline or any conclusion.

Please send me comments, questions and suggested edits before Dec. 20th i.e. before holidays.
