Dear HPS, CEBAF 12 established 3 hall operation last night for the first time, and delivered good spots to the tagger harp. Beamline checkout is proceeding well so far. Today with luck beams will be sent all the way to the Hall B dump. Ecal commissioning looks within sight, knock wood. John HPS RC
