[Hps] Lunches at Collaboration Meeting SIGN UP BY JAN 17

Dear HPS Collaboration Meeting Attendees,

Heads Up: we're offering  box lunches during the Collaboration Meeting  because it's become inconvenient to get lunch at SLAC without going off site. The old SLAC cafeteria is being demolished, years before the new one is constructed, and only a couple of food trucks are available in the meantime on site.

On day two of the meeting (Thursday, Jan. 23) we're especially short of time before Kathryn Zurek's experimental seminar on "Asymmetric Dark Matter and Hidden Sectors",
so we advise everyone to sign up for a lunch on Thursday. 

We'll need your order by January 17 so that the  lunches can be ordered and paid for.  Each box lunch costs $10 and a selection of sandwiches is available. Place your order on 
the  registration page:  https://confluence.slac.stanford.edu/display/hpsg/2014+HPS+Winter+Collaboration+Meeting+at+SLAC . If you order, we'll need payment at SLAC. 

Payments for refreshments ($35) and lunches ($10/day) and dinner  (TBD ~$45) will be collected on your arrival at HPS Registration Wednesday morning, Jan. 22. 
Checks on a US Bank are preferred, if possible.
