[Hps] Final circulation of NIM article

Dear All,

this is the final circulation of the Test Run paper aimed for NIM publication.

It has all changes incorporated from the collaboration review. Thanks for all the feedback!

The bylaws state that a final 1 week period is given before sending to journal and arxiv.

Thus I hope to get your feedback before end of June 20th.

As before the official place to find the paper and *ALL* the comments are at a protected confluence page:
