[Hps] Schedule for the next week

Dear all,

While we did not received any beam this weekend, we will keep the schedule
for next week unchanged. The Hall-B will be in restricted access whole week
to continue with torus spit and downstream beam line work. We will close 
the
hall for beam swing on Friday, November 21, hopefully with completed HCO
for beam destination to Hall-B Faraday cum.
Official HPS shifts start midnight on Saturday, November 22.
