[Hps] First running with the HPS SVT

Dear Colleagues,

Although things are moving very quickly and there has not been much time to analyze data, we have some quite nice preliminary results from first running with the SVT early Monday morning.  These are largely monitoring plots of very small data samples, but already you can get a very good idea of the detector, its capabilities, and our readiness to do physics with it:
