[Hps] relocate Hall B / CLAS work areas hps and clasg12 during scheduled IT maintenance

Hello,

A reminder that we will be moving /work/clas/clasg12 and /work/hallb/hps to the new fileserver during the scheduled IT maintenance period tomorrow evening.  The final rsyncs could take a few hours depending on how much writing is going on from their previous rsyncs.

You already got the response from hps. It is OK also for clasg12. Just 
send a note next week when you will move the work areas.
