[Hps] Run status

Dear all,

Machine restoration and HPS installation are progressing well.
SVT was installed in vacuum chamber on Monday, connected
and surveyed on Wednesday. Currently tests before closing the
vacuum are in progress.
Machine restoration has some delays, partly due to lab closer
because of the inclimate weather. The first beams to experimental
halls are not expected before Wednesday, March 4.

Therefore, HPS shifts before day shift (8 am) on Wednesday,
March 4 are canceled. Any further schedule changes will be
communicated again via email.
