[Hps] high mass acceptance at 2.2 GeV

Dear All,

From Rouven’s talk in October (image attached), one can see that the bump hunt search does indeed have interesting reach still up to about about 200 MeV in A’ mass. This supports not cutting any harder in the trigger, as Valery has proposed.
