[Hps] high mass acceptance at 2.2 GeV

Dear Tim,
Thanks for plot. Just several words about high mass region.
The maximum acceptance drop is 9% at M=250 MeV for the proposed trigger that is almost nothing in the bump hunt search. And part of that (~6%) will be compensated by the increased lifetime.
