[Hps] Important information on run and the shifts schedule

Dear all,

JLAB management has decided not to consider workweek running for HPS, at least for the month of February. Hall-B will be available for HPS to run beams from Friday 3pm to Monday 7am only. HPS run time in March will be evaluated at a later time. If pump down of the CLAS12 torus starts early in March and proceeds without issues, we may have more time for running during the last week of scheduled time.

For now, for the month of February, HPS will man shifts from Friday day to Monday swing, with Friday day shift starting at noon. Shifts from Monday 7am to Friday 7am are canceled. Those with weekend shifts who have not made their travel plans may want to adjust them accordingly.

We had anticipated that workday shifts might not happen and for that reason assigned those shifts to local institutions in order to minimize possible travel disruptions.  Now that shifts have been canceled we can revisit our plans.

We propose to try to re-allocate some weekend shifts to locals, as follows:
(a) for our collaborators coming from far away (especially overseas collaborators), if you have not arranged your travel and want to "donate" your Friday-Monday shifts please let us know ASAP. Please send an email to Bryan with cc to Stepan, John, and Maurik.
(b) to our local collaborators who "lost" their shifts, please let us know ASAP how many weekend shifts you are willing to take.
