[Hps] new run schedule and sifts

Dear all,

We have a new run schedule. The lab management granted us one more 
weekend to run.
HPS will run over March 18-21 weekend, the same schedule, closeout at 
3pm on Friday,
survey to restricted access at 6am on Monday. No workweek running.

They are looking for a possibility of granting us one more weekend, 
March 25-28. We will
know more about that by the end of the week.

For shifts, all scheduled shifts till Friday are canceled. Shifts will 
start 2pm on Friday, March
11, with expert only, just to supervise the hall closing.

The extension, of course, requires voluntaries to cover shifts for March 
18-21 weekend (and
possibly March 25-28). Bryan will make new shift schedule page available 
soon. Please send
