[Hps] new run schedule and sifts

Dear all

As a follow up to the email from Stepan, I have now posted the new shift 
schedule including our additional granted weekend and the possible extra.

The shift pattern is the same as before with one change that Worker Day 
on Friday does not need filled, since shift will begin at 2pm with 
Expert only to supervise Hall closing and the Worker Swing will join at 3pm.

The rest is self-explanatory. Where is says VOLUNTEER, please do so if 
you can, starting with 18 - 21 March if possible since this is definite.
