[Hps] HPS collaboration meeting on November 16-18, 2016 at JLAB

Dear all,

Thanks to everyone who replied to emails for the collaboration meeting 
dates.

The dates for the next HPS collaboration meeting at JLAB are set for 
November 16-18, 2016.
We anticipate 2.5 days of meeting with main emphasis on data analysis - 
preliminary results
from 2015 run and the first look on 2016 data.
