[Hps] No HPS meeting this week

Dear HPS,

This week's HPS meeting is cancelled. Terminal summer doldrums. We'll resume next week with updates on resolving the "trident problem", the status of papers describing HPS hardware, and initial plans for the upcoming Collaboration meeting.

Do note that the HPS Collaboration Meeting will be held at JLAB on November 16-18, 2016. Stepan will post a website for the meeting soon. Please plan to attend, it will be an important meeting as we prepare our first results and plan for extensive running in 2018.

Please let me know if you'd like to present something next week.
