[Hps] Nominations for HPS EC

Dear HPS,

We'll vote at the upcoming Collaboration Meeting for two members of the EC.  They will replace Tim Nelson and Raphael Dupre who are completing their two year terms as of this meeting. Note that Nathan Baltzell and Matt Graham will continue on the EC until the HPS collaboration meeting of Spring 218. Both Tim and Raphael, and all other active HPS collaborators, are eligible to serve on the 2017-2018 EC.

What we need first are nominations.

Please nominate a candidate (or candidates) for membership of the EC before April 17, 2017. You may nominate yourself or another collaborator you think is worthy. Nominations should be sent to Maurik Holtrop, Stepan Stepanyan, and John Jaros, cc'd above. 

Once we have checked that candidates who have been nominated are willing to serve, we will announce the election.  We'll plan to vote in person the last day of the collaboration meeting at JLAB. Those who can't attend will be urged to vote by email.  Details will be forthcoming.
