[Hps] Nominations for HPS EC

Dear HPS,

Today is the last day we can accept nominations for HPS EC. 

Please nominate a candidate (or candidates) for membership of the EC. You may nominate yourself or any HPS collaborator. Nominations should be sent to Maurik Holtrop, Stepan Stepanyan, and John Jaros, cc'd above.

The election will be held at the collaboration meeting on May 5, 2017. Those not attending will be asked to submit an email ballot. The election will be announced once the nomination process is complete.
