[Hps] ECal NIM article

Dear collaborators,

  Just a quick update to let you know that with Michel Garcon we have 
submitted the new version of the HPS ECal article just a few minutes 
ago.

  You can find in attachment the new version responding to all the 
reviewer comments. A part from the style almost nothing has been 
changed. We would like to express our gratitude to Norman Graf for his 
careful read of the article to improve the style.
