[Hps] Volunteer to read the ECal HPS article

Hi,
If it would be helpful for someone completely new to the collaboration
-- a fresh set of eyes -- to read and edit the paper, I am willing to
volunteer. Since I'm Canadian, I spell in British (rather than
American) English, but I am a native speaker.
