[Hps] Important: Collaboration meeting dinner!

Dear HPS,

I’m working on arranging a nice dinner after the meetings at SLAC on Thursday night. In order to do this, I need to have an idea how many we will be.  Please take a moment to “register” for the dinner.

I know it seems like a lot of overhead to plan this much in advance, but the policies of restaurants in this area for any kind of large party really necessitate knowing how many will be in our group.  

So… please do not put off or skip this!!
