It’s very difficult to make a workable plan in this area if I don’t know how many will go. For more than 8 people, most restaurants will require a table $minimum AND a non-refundable deposit of something like 50% of that minimum depending on the number of seats in order to hold an appropriately-sized table.  So… I really need to know who is coming!  (I really, REALLY don’t want to have to tell you that you can’t come because you didn’t sign up.)
