[Hps] Next HPS Collaboration Meeting Nov. 7-9 at SLAC

Dear HPS,

The next HPS Collaboration Meeting will be held at SLAC on November 7-9, 2018.  Time is short, so please mark your calendars now and plan to come! We'll send around the webpage soon.

HPS is busy completing analyses of the 2015 and 2016 datasets and preparing for an 8 week run in Summer 2019 including upgrades to the trigger and SVT;  updates to the data acquisition systems; commissioning the detector anew after a long hiatus; and completing improvements to detector calibrations, reconstruction software, and analysis techniques to facilitate timely results from 2019 data.

All of these topics will be discussed at the meeting, along with updates from JLab management and CEBAF12 on the status and future of the science program at the lab, recent developments in hidden sector physics, and the future of the HPS program beyond 2019.
