[Hps] lodging for the collaboration meeting at SLAC

Dear HPS,

There are three other meetings at SLAC at the same time as our collaboration meeting, all scheduled months ago.  As a result, we have not been able to obtain a block of rooms at the Guest House for the meeting.  However, we have priority for rooms that become available, and we should be able to provide lodging for quite a few attendees.  If you would like to stay at the guest house, please contact Traci Kawakami - traci at slac.stanford.edu - with your request and she will place you on the wait list and let you know when your request is filled.  In the meantime, make a backup reservation at a local hotel that can be cancelled, just in case not everyone on our wait list gets a room.
