Dear HPS,
I would like to request this information even sooner. As you know, DOE is holding an all-day review of HPS next Friday here at SLAC. One of the talks describes the collaboration, along with schedule and budget issues. It is very important for this talk that we are able to present the collaboration as it stands for operating the detector this summer and analyzing the data thereafter.
Therefore, I request that you please take the time to complete your input on the collaboration membership by the end of this week!
Best,
Tim

Collaboration is responsible for shifts and for expert on-call personnel. You can find details about the shifts and subsystem expert duties in our "Shift Policy" document.

In order to generate shifts, Bryan will need the list of shift takers and experts on-call (and approximate duration of on-call duties) for each institution.
