[Hps] Daily RC Meeting

Hi HPS,

We had a great holiday weekend of data taking. We also received news
this morning that the Wien flip has been pushed back to Friday! They need
to access the accelerator today to do some maintenance, and this is
scheduled
to happen at 1 pm.

Let's have a meeting at 2 pm today.
