[Hps] NO RC meeting today

Dear all,

RC meeting today is canceled.

Since yesterday we did not had much beam. After planned “hour long” down machine cam back at ~6 pm, beam to halls was available only at midnight, and HPS continued production data taking at 2 am. The midstream halo rates were higher then before Tuesday 1 pm down, but somewhat tolerable. Today morning OPS thought that can fix the rates with an hour and took the beam away at about 8:15 am. We are still recovering.
