[Hps] No RC meeting today

The RC meeting today is canceled.

Currently we are down for Mott measurements in the injector. This will go for almost whole day shift. We hope the recovery will be quick (at least ops. are gearing up for that).

We had a good 20 hours of running. After some adjustments to our beamline to reduce the midstream halo rates (was a steering issue), we had ~15 um beam in Y on the target at around 2pm with low halo rates and continued production data taking till 8:30am today. According to the run progress plot on the web we have 50% of expected charge.
