[Hps] test beam run

Dear all,

Hall-B was locked up for beam on Friday swing. The plan was to set up beam delivery and tune to the tagger dump over the weekend. Today we had a successful test delivery of the tune mode beam to the Hall-B tagger dump. After the setup of the two-pass beam to Hall-B (3.74 GeV) in the morning, we had a beam with decent properties at the tagger dump around noon. Then we spent another few hours understanding the beamline for beam setup for HPS. The harp scans are in the logbook if you are interested.  
The plan is to have the hall open on Monday at 7 am to restricted access for HPS detector installation. If all goes well, we should be ready to start the physics run on Friday, August 27.
