Dear Stepan,
congratulations!!! this is a great news indeed! We are getting close to the HPS start!!
I asked Tim to provide tomorrow morning at the Hall-B meeting a short updated about SLAC team work on SVT; it would be good if you could prepare 1 slides about the activity in the Hall. This is going to be the last ‘mixed’ update. Starting from Monday Aug 30 we’ll have the regular RC report to inform the community.
Thanks in advance
Marco

Today we had a successful test delivery of the tune mode beam to the Hall-B tagger dump. After the setup of the two-pass beam to Hall-B (3.74 GeV) in the morning, we had a beam with decent properties at the tagger dump around noon. Then we spent another few hours understanding the beamline for beam setup for HPS. The harp scans are in the logbook if you are interested.
