[Hps] Attention ALL who is supposed (or even thinking) to take HPS shifts in 2021.

Dear All:

If you are going to participate in the HPS experiment in 2021 please start preparation your documents today.


Due to the Jlab rules ALL visitors (including US citizens) have to be registered at least 7 DAYS BEFORE THE ONSITE ARRIVAL START DATE.

Access will not be granted until all required validations and approval are complete, and it will take unpredictable time.

The Rad. Worker exam and practice you can take only on site.

Classroom training is offered on as as-needed basis. Please send email to radcon_train at jlab.org<mailto:radcon_train at jlab.org> and ask about this class.

Please register for the Jlab visit in advance. I expect that this process will not be easy this year.
