[Hps] Tomorrow day shift is canceled

Dear all,

We just had a major event in the machine, a water leak (LCW) in the SL that got into the power panel and 40 MVA dropped. There will be no beam till late tonight. Not sure about the owl, we will keep watching. There is a planed down tomorrow at 6 am and we do not expect to have a beam till late on Wednesday. The day shift for tomorrow is canceled. We will restart manning counting room from swing on Wednesday (4 pm). Please read your emails frequently as things may change
