[Hps] No RC meeting today

Dear all,

We didn't get any beam since yesterday RC meeting till about 5 minutes 
ago, when MCC is now trying to send a beam to the tagger dump.

As there was no progress related to the run,
today's meeting is canceled.
The run plan is the same what was decided yesterday during the RC 
meeting (see section Run Plan September 15 - 16, 2021)
