[Hps] [EXTERNAL] Re: URGENT: Vote on approval of PRD for submission before Christmas!!

Dear HPS,

The paper has 84 authors.  According to our bylaws, we need a 2/3 quorum, which would be 56 votes.  We are currently at 34.

1) PLEASE vote now if you have not.  Some folks on this list just need to do it.
2) Some folks here are not on the HPS list anymore, but many of you will know how to contact them.  Can you please see below and forward the voting message to any you know how to reach?
